Yes, you can cancel your tour at any time. But your booking fee is only refundable if cancellation is made 24 hours before the tour date. For example, if you book your tour for Friday at 9 AM. You need to cancel the trip on Thursday before 9 AM for a full refund.

Do you offer pickup and drop off to my Aruba hotel?

Yes, we offer free pickup as well as a drop-off. It is available for our morning tour, Aruba brunch cruise (Noon tour), and Aruba sunset dinner cruise(Evening tour). We’ll pick up our guests straight from hotels in Aruba.
Our pickup service covers almost every Aruba resort and Aruba hotel. We will pick you up from your Private Villas / Hotels / Apartments / resorts in Aruba they fall in the following areas:

Anyplace in Palm Beach Area
Anyplace in Noord Area
Aruba Oranjestad / Downtown
Aruba Cruise Port Terminal

If you are staying far or distant from these areas, In that case, you’ll have to reach Alto Vista 116, Noord, Aruba, better known as Philip’s Animal Garden.

Where should I park my vehicle?

In case you decide to reach us with your vehicle instead of the pickup. You can park your car in the parking space right in front of our head office.
To prevent overcrowding of cars, we have a big parking space. You will not be charged anything for parking your vehicle. For more security, it is under 24×7 camera surveillance. So be stress-free and enjoy your cruises in Aruba without worrying about your parked car.
